Focusing of the malay middle class, RK Resident appeals by utilising traditional pallete of wood combined with modern clean white surface and clean lines.

Palm Ville Residence is 6,475 sqft 2-storey bungalow located in Saujana. The aim was to design a modern yet clean interior with subtle wood and earthy tone celebrating the magnificient outdoor view facing the Golf club.

This is minimalist interior design with using the grey, white and green color. Using the right material in the furniture to bring out the overall atmosphere of the house.

The client desires a modern contemporary interior concept for their family home, where sleek, cutting-edge aesthetics meet a warm, livable atmosphere. touch was implemented throughout the design process. With a habit of hosting friend’s over, an open living room and dining area was created to allow for maximum use of the space. Bold color was inserted at different space to create different moods throughout the house.

The design brings warmth to the terrace interior using selection of soft wood palette. Space are enlarged through clever use of reflecting mirrors position strategically to create an boundless interior.

The kitchen space became the main focus point of this project. A european style white square tiles dominate the visual paired with grey counter top and pendant light. Dark wooden Shelves and cabinet contrast to bring warmth to the resident living in the unit.

Suria Hills welcome its residence with a signature entrance covered it warm oak texture. The communal Clubhouse is lifted on stone base to create a sensation of floating from a distance.

This project involved the extension of a charming Airbnb villa, where a two-storey patio was added to enhance the outdoor living experience. Designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, the patio provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment while seamlessly blending into the villa's architecture.

The façade features grand columns and symmetrical proportions, paired with large glass windows for a contemporary touch.
